  •  How do I care for my pieces?

    To keep your pieces looking their best:

    • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals

    • Store them in a dry place when not in use

    • Handle with care, especially for painted or detailed pieces

  • How long will my order take?

    Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. 

    You’ll receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.

    Estimated delivery times:

    • Singapore: 2–5 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days

      Do note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

    • Do you offer custom or personalised orders?

      At the moment, we do not offer custom or personalised orders.

  • 💛 Are your earrings suitable for sensitive ears?

    We use materials such as stainless steel and other metals for our earrings. As sensitivity can vary from person to person,

  • 🔁 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

  • Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
