1. Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colours/sizes before checking out. Mixie Matchie will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong colours/sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.
2. Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated, including your mobile number. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply if parcel is returned.
3. Once your order has been made, your order may not be cancelled.
4. Please note that by adding item(s) into your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s). Item(s) is only secured upon submission of payment.
5. We only accept Payment via iPay88 Online Payment Gateway and Paypal. For more information on payment, please refer to HERE
6. All prices are final upon payment checkout. Refunds will strictly not be allowed in the event item purchased is available on sale thereafter.
7. Due to security reasons our customer service are unable to make any amendments after you have confirmed your order. This is because our warehouse moves really fast in order to ship your parcels as soon as they are confirmed.
8. Mixie Matchie reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s) without prior notice for reasons such as:
i. Product ordered is no longer available in stock
ii. Payment is not completed and notified to us within 2 hours from the issue of the order invoice
iii. We are unable to obtain authorisation of payment and/or if we suspect any fraudulent activity
Can I amend my order?
We will try our best to assist you if you would like to amend your order before it’s processed/mailed out. However, it couldn’t be done if your order has already processed / mailed.
Can I combine my new order with my other order?

An item is missing from my order, what should I do?

I have received a defective / incorrect item, what should I do?
We apologize if we had sent you a defective /incorrect item.
Please contact us via fb messenger link: https://m.me/mixiematchie with a snapshot of the defective area/s or incorrect item within 3 working days. We will do an exchange to you and all the postage fee incurred will be borne by us.
If a replacement is no longer available, credit voucher with the equivalent purchase price of the item will be refunded.
Why is my order cancelled?
All orders would be automatically cancelled if the payment details are not directed to us within the 24 hours.
If your order was cancelled due to no payment notification done in time limit, refund would only be done as store credit, no cash refund is allowed.
Why didn’t I receive any notification mail after placing an order?

Do I need to have an account to start purchasing?
No, you don’t. You may choose to check out your shopping cart as guest. However, register an account with us will save the troubles for your future purchase as your billing and shipping details will be saved under your account so you won’t need to key in all again at your next purchase.
I have a credit voucher / discount code, how can I use it for paying my order?
In your shopping cart page, simply key in your code at the Discount Code / Gift Card/ Credit field and click “Apply” before proceeding on to check out.
Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.
