- Return won’t be processed and accepted if we do not receive RETURN FORM’s email.
- All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined and forfeited.
Can I do an exchange if the sizing/ fitting don’t fit me?
Yes, we accept return and exchange. Returns can only made one time per order number.

Step 3) After received your returned parcel, store credit will be refunded for your next purchase. You may use it to exchange to the correct size of your preferred item within 120 days.
Store credit will be issued equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item(s), valid for 120 days. Delivery fees to return your order, if any, will not be refunded.
I found a defect on my item but I've already washed it. What should I do?
We're unable to accept your return as it had been washed. Please check your item upon receive.
I would like to request a refund in cash (in any condition).
We apologize that we are unable to provide any refunds in cash. We only refund in credit term.
Can I visit your office for the return/exchange?
Yes. You may drop by the self-collection point. Kindly inform us before you come. However, it is subject to stock availability of the item that you wish to exchange, and must be done within 5 working day upon receiving your parcel.
The colour looks different from the website?
Colour of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of colour variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason will be charged a processing fee.
We don’t accept the following reasons of return/ exchange:
i. Measurements stated may vary 1cm-3cm as items are mass produced. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect and no exchanges will be carried out.
ii. For printed items, please note placement of prints will differ for every piece due to cut of fabric.
iii. Colours look different from picture
iv. For light coloured items, there may be slight small black dots which are not obvious. As this does not change the overall appearance of the item, it will not be considered a defect.
v. Items with slight imperfections (loose thread, off line) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered a defect.
vi. Stain below 2cm will not be considered a defect.
vii. Button hole or pocket hole did not open
viii. Defects caused by vandalism
