Mixie Matchie reserves the right to amend the terms from time to time without prior notice. By purchasing from our website, you are deemed to have agreed to the above terms and conditions listed. If you have any enquiries regarding this, do email us at [email protected] .
1. Our working days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays.
2. For all sales enquiries, kindly email us at [email protected] with your order number.
3. All transactions (emails and payment verifications) will be attended to within 1-2 working days.
4. For those who bank in more, we will only able to return the balance as store credit into your MIXIE MATCHIE account.
1. Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colours/sizes before checking out. Mixie Matchie will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong colours/sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.
2. Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated, including your mobile number. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply if parcel is returned.
3. Once your order has been made, your order may not be cancelled.
4. Please note that by adding item(s) into your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s). Item(s) is only secured upon submission of payment.
5. We only accept Payment via iPay88 Online Payment Gateway and Paypal. For more information on payment, please refer to HERE
6. All prices are final upon payment checkout. Refunds will strictly not be allowed in the event item purchased is available on sale thereafter.
7. Due to security reasons our customer service are unable to make any amendments after you have confirmed your order. This is because our warehouse moves really fast in order to ship your parcels as soon as they are confirmed.
8. Mixie Matchie reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s) without prior notice for reasons such as:
i. Product ordered is no longer available in stock
ii. Payment is not completed and notified to us within 24 hours from the issue of the order invoice
iii. We are unable to obtain authorisation of payment and/or if we suspect any fraudulent activity
1. Backorders are opened for sold out items and are usually available during the stipulated timeframe only.
2. Arrival time for different items differs and is usually stated under the individual items.
3. We apologize that there may be delayed or cancelled backorders due to unforeseen circumstances such as delayed shipment, lack of fabric, insufficient stocks arrived etc. For delayed/ cancelled backorders, cancellations of orders are not applicable. A Store Credit will be issued accordingly. There will strictly not be any cash refunds.
4. If your order consists of both ready stock & backorder item(s), whole order will be posted out upon the backorder items arrivals.
5. Do kindly refer to the item link for backorder updates. No emails will be sent for such updates unless otherwise stated.
1. Orders will be shipped out within 1-2 working days (unless otherwise stated / under BACKORDER) upon payment verification.
2. Mailing days include weekdays only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
3. Due to facing high demand on new orders, all orders are shipped out according to order number, adding or combined items to previous orders are STRICTLY NOT ALLOW.
4. For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.
5. All shipping charges will be calculated automatically when your check out based on quantity or weight & your shipping country.
6. Your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied.

DISCOUNT CODES/ VOUCHERS
1. If you have a discount code, please ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid. No refunds will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at point of purchase.
2. Discount codes may or may not come with an expiry date. This will be informed accordingly.
3. Discount codes are strictly non-transferable.
4. Orders placed using discount codes are not applicable for exchange and returns.
5. Unfortunately, once your order is processed, additional discounts may not be applied.
6. Once your order has been made, your order may not be cancelled.
7. Before checkout, please check that you've used the appropriate discount code before placing your order.
MEASUREMENTS/ REPRESENTATION OF ITEMS
1. Measurements stated may vary 1cm-3cm as items are mass produced. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect and no exchanges will be carried out.
2. For printed items, please note placement of prints will differ for every piece due to cut of fabric.
3. Colours shown may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colours may be portrayed with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues. Requests for exchange/ return due to such reason will be rejected.
4. For light coloured items, there may be slight small black dots which are not obvious. As this does not change the overall appearance of the item, it will not be considered a defect.
5. Items with slight imperfections (loose thread, slight dotted stains etc) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered a defect.
1. Customers will be contacted via email should we receive any bounced parcels bearing their name.
2. Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. Mixie Matchie will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.
3. Mixie Matchie reserves the right to deny any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders.
4. Any unclaimed bounced back parcels after 30 days grace period will be forfeited.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
1. We only refund in credit term. No cash refund(s) are allowed. Returns are applicable on regular priced orders only. This does not include bags, accessories, lingerie products, all sale items and all other items stated under item description.
2. All Item(s) must be returned in original condition (unaltered, unworn and unwashed)
3. All items must be shipped back within 5 working days (MALAYSIA) / 5 working days (SINGAPORE)/ 14 working days (INTERNATIONAL) upon item received.
4. All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined and forfeited.
1. Store credits are issued by Mixie Matchie and can be used on any purchase.
2. To redeem your credits, please login your account and select "Store Credits" during check out. Your invoice will then reflect the payable amount after the deduction.
3. All store credits will be expired on December.
4. Store credits are strictly non-transferable and returnable.
We will not divulge your personal information, email address, credit card information to any third parties site without your permission, unless you have requested or authorized us to do so. We do not sell your personal information to any third parties site for any reason. Your personal information may however, be shared with third parties to complete a transaction that you have authorized us to do so.
If you have joined our mailing list, you will receive occasional updates with the latest products and special offers from Mixie Matchie. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to receive such updates and offers from third parties sites that are in collaboration with Matchie.
All members of Mixie Matchie have the option of opting out of receiving such updates. You can click on the unsubscribe link sent in the mailers.
Cookie is a small file that is stored on your hard drive. By registering an account with us, your computer will store an identifying cookie by remembering your email add, saving you time each time you log into our store.
