Thank you for shopping with Mixie Matchie! We love sending our handcrafted joy worldwide from our studio in Singapore. Please review our shipping terms below before placing your order.

1.Order Processing & Dispatch

Because every Mixie Matchie order is hand-packed with a unique assortment of items, processing times may vary based on order volume, product availability, and handmade production time.

• Please allow approximately 2 –10 working days for order processing before shipment. 

• Please note that delivery time frames are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations.

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you have not received a confirmation within 10 working days of placing your order, please reach out to us and we will be happy to help.

Please note:

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs, or peak seasons

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs processing

• Customers are responsible for ensuring correct shipping details at checkout

2. Fulfilment & Couriers

All Mixie Matchie orders are shipped with tracking for your peace of mind. We work with Singapore Post (SingPost) and trusted third-party courier partners,  depending on your locations.

3. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

 🇸🇬 Singapore (Domestic)

Singapore orders are shipped using the Singapore Post, such as SingPost SmartPac and SingPost Tracked Letterbox.

• Flat Rate Shipping: S$3 (for orders below S$60)

• Free shipping for orders above S$60

• Estimated delivery time after shipment: approximately 1–3 business days.

🌏 International Shipping

Mixie Matchie currently ships to selected international destinations using trusted shipping partners, including SingPost and third-party courier partners.

🇺🇸 United States

• Note: US orders shipping rate includes DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that applicable customs duties and handling charges are included in your shipping fee at checkout.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: S$35

  • No free shipping at this time

  • Estimated delivery time after shipment: approximately 7–15 business days.

All Other Countries (DDU Policy)

All other international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that your local government or customs authority may assess the following upon your parcel's arrival:

• local customs duties, import duties

• Value Added Tax (VAT) or Goods and Services Tax (GST)

• Courier handling or customs clearance fees

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict, pre-pay, or refund these fees. If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, any return freight costs incurred by Mixie Matchie will be deducted from your refund (if applicable). We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure about possible import fees before placing your order.

• Flat Rate Shipping: S$12 (for orders below S$120)

• Free shipping for orders above S$120

• Estimated delivery time after shipment: approximately 5–12 business days.

🇦🇺 Australia & 🇳🇿 New Zealand

• Flat Rate Shipping: S$20 (for orders below S$180)

• Free shipping for orders above S$180

• Estimated delivery time after shipment: approximately 7–14 business days.

🇬🇧United Kingdom, 🇩🇪Germany & EU Core Countries

• Flat Rate Shipping: S$25 (for orders below S$200)

• Free shipping for orders above S$200

• Estimated delivery time after shipment: approximately 7–15 business days.

Please note: Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch (not the date of order) and are provided as a general guide only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, courier operations, local public holidays, or peak season volumes. Mixie Matchie cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

4.Lost or Damaged Parcels

• If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in resolving it with the courier.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos/videos of the damage and original packaging. We will work with you and the courier to resolve the issue.

• Once an order is marked as "delivered" by the courier, Mixie Matchie cannot accept liability for parcels that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after a successful delivery scan — including items left in a letterbox or at a doorstep.

5.Incorrect Addresses & Returned Parcels

Please double-check that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Mixie Matchie will not be responsible for:

• Lost parcel due to incorrect address details

• Failed deliveries caused by unavailable recipients

• If a parcel is returned to our Singapore studio due to any of the above reasons, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. A re-shipping fee will apply to send your order out again:

  • Singapore S$5.00

  • International S$25.00 – S$55.00

6. Shipping Restrictions & Locations We Cannot Ship to

Due to international carrier limitations, high parcel loss rates, or active logistics disruptions, we are currently unable to ship to the following:

• PO Boxes, Military Bases (APO/FPO/DPO), or Hotels — all orders require a valid residential or commercial street address and a local contact phone number.

• The following countries: Algeria, Cuba, Iran, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, North Korea, Nigeria, Pakistan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, and Syria.

7. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

Mixie Matchie reserves the right to cancel and fully refund any order if:

• Our shipping partners are unable to service the destination address or region

• The address provided is flagged as undeliverable by our courier

• Sudden geopolitical events, natural disasters, or carrier policy changes affect delivery to a specific country

If this applies to your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

8. Changes to Rates & Policy

Global shipping costs, carrier fuel surcharges, and trade regulations change frequently. Mixie Matchie reserves the right to update shipping rates, zones, free shipping thresholds, and this policy at any time without prior notice. The rates displayed at checkout at the time of your order are the rates that apply to your order.
