Returns & Refunds

At Mixie Matchie, each piece is thoughtfully made in small batches and packed with care. We hope you love your little wearable artwork as much as we do. That said, if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

1.Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, simply email us with your order number at hellomixiematchie@gmail.com

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, all orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled.

• Once an order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Orders that are cancelled and refunded are subject to a small processing fee (approximately 3%) to cover the non-refundable transaction fee charged by the payment providers.

Mixie Matchie also reserves the right to cancel and fully refund orders if we are unable to fulfil the shipment or if incorrect information has been provided.

2. Exchanges & Returns

Due to the handmade, small-batch nature of our pieces, all purchases are final sale. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for

• Change of mind, incorrect selections, or slight variations in colour, shape, or finish. Each piece is individually made, and small differences are part of its handmade character.

• General wear and tear, accidental damage (e.g. drops, water exposure), improper use or handling.

• hygine purpose and allergic reactions. Earrings are made with stainless steel findings, suitable for most ears. As sensitivities vary, we cannot guarantee they are hypoallergenic.

• delays or lost parcels caused by postal services, incorrect shipping details.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos/videos and your order number. We will review your case and do our best to make things right.

Mixie Matchie reserves the right to decline unreasonable return or refund requests.

3. Refunds

If a refund is approved:

• The full item amount will be returned to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal)

• Refund processing time depends on your bank/payment provider (usually 5–10 business days)
